An active case is any application or client file that is currently in progress. Once a case is approved, denied, or closed, it no longer counts toward your active limit, but remains fully accessible in your secure archives.
If you need more seats than your plan allows, you can purchase extra seats for $20/user/month without having to upgrade your entire tier. If you need a large number of seats, our Enterprise plan offers volume discounts.
